According to Regulation (EC) No 261/2004, if you are traveling to or from the EU or on a European airline and your flight is canceled, delayed or denied boarding, you have the right to contact the airline directly for compensation. In such cases, the airline should be contacted directly for processing and compensation.

Please note: Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 only regulates the relationship between the airline and the customer. In a situation where we act as an intermediary, you, as our client, have two agreements: with us as an intermediary and directly with the airline. Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 applies only to the service agreement directly with the airline, and not to the service agreement that you, as a customer, have entered into with us as a travel agency.
